When you make an information request via our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal data you send us, such as your surname, first name, country and email address. This data is collected when you choose to give it to us for the purpose of requesting information in order to reserve the spaces we make available to you. The Chancellery of the Universities of Paris takes care to collect only the data strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing carried out.

Recipients of personal data:

Your personal information is intended for and processed by our partner for the rental of our spaces: the concierge Les Clés de Touraine (SIRET N°: 85061956000012), so that the latter can provide you with the required service. Your data entered in the form on our website is stored in France, on the servers of the company O2SWITCH (Siret N°: 510 909 80700032).

Purpose of data collection and legal basis:

We may contact you to inform you about your request, to resolve problems with your service request, to resolve a dispute, to survey your opinion through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates on our product and to keep you informed of events organised on the Domaine de Richelieu, or if necessary to contact you in order to enforce the user agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement you may have with our concierge service and with the Chancellery of the Universities of Paris. For these purposes, we may contact you by e-mail, telephone or post.

Retention of personal data:

The Chancellery of the Universities of Paris retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the processing carried out. In order to comply with their legal and regulatory obligations relating to the tasks carried out by the Chancellery of the Universities of Paris in connection with the rental of its premises, personal data is kept for various communication purposes for a period of 5 years.
